After our September Congress in Spain our Education Chair Perry Romanowski headed straight over to Portugal to present to the Sociedade Portuguesa Cíencias Cosmetológicas as part of the IFSCC International Speakers Programme (ISP). He provided his usual mix of education and entertainment and met with many members of the SPCC, including Society President Marta Ferreira (pictured left of Perry).
