2021 Conference to be 100% virtual
The Mexican Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SQCM), Host Society of the 2021 IFSCC Cancún Conference, is pleased to announce that the Conference will now be held virtually.
Given the uncertainty around international travel due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Steering Committee of the SQCM and the IFSCC 2021 Organizing Committee, after careful analysis, have decided to switch to a virtual-only event. Additionally, we have extended the abstract submission deadline until 15 March. Abstracts can be submitted for the 26th IFSCC Conference knowing that no travel will be required.
To take full advantage of the virtual event, the IFSCC 2021 Organizing Committee plans to expand the dates of the virtual Conference from the current 25-27 October 2021 dates. All attendees will have more days to absorb the cutting-edge science of the Cancun Conference, without the expense or inconvenience of travel.
All regular IFSCC Conference activities will be included: the IFSCC awards, plenary speakers, keynote presentations, podium and poster presentations, and the opportunity to contact suppliers directly through our virtual exhibition. We are very sorry to not be hosting our friends from around the world in our sublime Cancún, Mexico; however, we believe this is the best decision for all.
The expanded dates and reduced registration fees of the virtual Conference will be announced soon at the official Cancún Conference website: www.ifscc2021.org
Details on abstract submission can be found by going to https://ifscc2021.org/system/ then clicking on the Registration tab, then Abstract Submission.
Sincerely,
Eva Ramos Sánchez
