Congratulations NZSCC! 2025 Lester Conrad Prize winner

We are delighted to announce the New Zealand Society of Cosmetic Chemists (NZSCC) as winners of the 2025 Lester Conrad Education Prize. Their application was considered to most strongly embody the spirit and guidelines of the Award, which is designed to assist a Member Society in their Cosmetic Science education programme.

As of 2025 we are making the award annually and presenting the prize at the IFSCC Congress. This year we will officially announce/present the NZSCC as winners during the Opening Ceremony at the IFSCC 2025 Cannes Congress on Monday 15 September.

IFSCC Honorary Secretary and Chair of the Lester Conrad Education Prize Committee, Dr Andrea Weber informed the NZSCC of their success this week, saying: “The IFSCC looks forward to supporting your educational efforts by reimbursing you up to CHF 8,000 over three years. You may use these funds as you wish, for example, to cover the travel expenses or honorariums of international speakers, rent local meeting space etc”.
