Novel Features of Foam
Four-time IFSCC podium Presenter, Dr. Kei Watanabe of Mukogawa Women’s University, Cosmetic Science Laboratory, explains the development of a new foam. This one is based on a bicontinuous microemulsion hybridized with an anionic surfactant, and it provides superior makeup removal.
