Built on the pillars of Science, Performance and Passion, CosmetiChroma reflects Karen’s commitment to excellence, fairness, and transparency.

    With over 20 years’ experience at global leaders such as L’Oréal, Intercos, Dolce & Gabbana and others, Karen led the Regulatory and Quality teams ensuring product integrity across international markets. She holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Bristol coupled with 15 publications in scientific journals. Having lived in seven countries and worked across all global markets, Karen speaks English, Italian and French fluently – skills that underscore her adaptability and flexibility.

    Through CosmetiChroma, Karen supports R&D scientists, marketers and sales teams by combining scientific expertise with industry foresight to help brands launch and create standards-aligned, safe, and globally competitive products that inspire trust and resonate with consumers worldwide.

    Dr Fan Yang holds a PhD in Biology and Medicine and has over 20 years of experience in new product innovation, including leading the global launch of SK-II. He is an expert in the formulation and process of prestige skin care products, with 60+ patents and over 30 published papers in SCI journals and international forums.
